How long will my order take to arrive including processing and shipping?
Your order will be sent out FREE via FedEx SmartPost, originating from our USA headquarters in Modesto, CA. Most orders ship out the next business day. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PST. Shipping time varies based on destination, and most packages generally arrive within 3 to 8 business days.
Can I ship my order to someone else or to a different address?
Yes, you can ship to a different address from your billing address.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, we ship orders only within the fifty United States of America, excluding its teritories, protectorates, and posessions.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO addresses.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Free standard shipping will ship via FedEx SmartPost. FedEx handles most of the transit of your package, then delivers to the United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery. This allows us to deliver to both P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Can I change shipping address once my order has been submitted?
In order to process your order and get it to you as soon as possible, we are unable to change the shipping address once your order has reached us.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Therefore after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order.
How do I know when my order ships and how can I track it?
Once your order has been shipped you will recieve a confirmation email telling you that your item has been shipped. You can track your order once it has left us using the tracking number we provide in the e-mail. Simply visit FedEx.com/tracking to check the status of your package.
What types of payment method do you accept?
We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For your convenience, we also accept payments via PayPal.
Do your products have a warranty or guarantee?
Absolutely. We stand by our products and our reputation, which is why we offer both a 1 year warranty to cover any manufacturing defects, and a sixty day comfort guarantee.
1 Year Manufacturer's Defective Warranty
Our footwear is warranted for 1 year from date of purchase to be free from manufacturer's defects, as long as the damage is not caused by wear-related use. Any boot that has been out of production for more than 2 years will not be covered. Defects covered under warranty are:
- Leaky waterproof boots not caused by cut or abrasion
- Leather and fabric defects including inside lining
- Outsole separation not caused by heat
- Hardware, eyelet, and zipper defects
- Steel shank defects not caused by impact or excessive bending
- Safety toe defects not caused by impact or excessive bending
Boots purchased directly from our website must be sent back to Magnum and inspected before refund can be issued. This process usually takes one to two business days once the product has been received.
60 Day Comfort Guarantee
All Magnum footwear is backed by a 60 Day Comfort Guarantee. We guarantee our consumers will be completely satisfied with the comfort and fit of our boots or Magnum will issue a full refund within 60 days of the original purchase date.
What is your return process?
Simply call Customer Service at 1-800-853-2896 to explain your reason for return. (You may also email us.) Have your order number ready so we can verify your purchase and issue your Return Authorization (RA) number. Please pack your item(s) in the original packaging with a note of the RA number somewhere on the outside of the box, and ship it to this address:

- You must include the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box.
- Magnum's facilities do not accept hand deliveries.
- We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Magnum USA will not replace the contents of the package.
- All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the product you purchased is no longer in stock, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement. A refund will be processed if no equivalent products are available.
