To show how confident we are in Magnum products, we offer a 365 day warranty on all footwear, apparel and accessories available from our website.

If you believe there is a manufacturing fault with any item(s) you have purchased from the Magnum website in the last 365 days, you can return them to us for inspection, free of charge. Our team will thoroughly inspect the item and, if a manufacturing defect is found, you will be offered a full refund or replacement.

If you would like to arrange returning an item, please get in touch with our Customer Services Team.

Please note that if the fault is not found to be due to a manufacturing issue, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to you.

If you purchased your Magnum item(s) from one of our retailers, please discuss the matter with them directly in the first instance. If you experience any problems, please get in touch and we'll do our best to assist you. Please be aware that Magnum are unable to offer a refund on any faulty products which were not purchased directly via our website. We may be be able to offer a replacement but this is not guaranteed.
