In every Magnum shoebox is a note from our Chariman and founder, Frank van Wezel, personally thanking customers for their purchase. At the end of this note, Frank includes his personal email address and encourages customers to get in touch with any feedback or questions. These emails really do go straight to the Chairman's Blackberry and he reads each and every one.

Over the years, we have received hundreds of inspirational stories which are shared among the product developers and the marketing and sales teams. Our Sales Director also has the opportunity to speak to customers at exhibitions. The feedback we receive is fantastic and very much appreciated.

Customer feedback gives us something to smile about and drive us to continue delivering quality products and outstanding customer service day after day. I have worked for the Mod guard service for 16 years and the only good thing we ever got from them was your magnum boots.

I have to be stood up for long periods of time in all weathers and your boots have kept my feet dry ,warm and safe and could not praise your product enough.

Its a shame our company have gone with a cheaper shoe which I wore once and went back to my worn magnums which were more comfortable.
