How long will my order take to arrive including processing and shipping?
Your order will be sent out FREE via YODEL. We will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive.
Do you ship to BFPO addresses?
Yes, we deliver to BFPO addresses.
Can I ship my order to someone else or to a different address?
Yes, you can ship to a different address from your billing address.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, we ship orders only within the United Kingdom Mainland, excluding Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Standard shipping will be handled by YODEL. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, YODEL will leave a calling card with further instructions.
Can I change shipping address once my order has been submitted?
In order to process your order and get it to you next day we are unable to change the shipping address once your order has reached us.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Therefore after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process, and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order.
How do I know when my order ships and how can I track it?
Once your order has been shipped you will recieve a confirmation e-mail telling you that your item has been shipped. You can track your order once it has left us using the tracking number we provide on the e-mail. Simply visit the YODEL website and enter the tracking code to see how your boots are getting on!
What types of payment method do you accept?
We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and Solo.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 365 day, no quibble returns & exchanges policy. If you’re not happy with your shoes simply fill out the returns form in the box, and send them back to us free of charge using the prepaid returns label.
We don't charge you for delivery, Magnum will pay for your postage both ways.
We will accept your shoes back providing they are in their original condition, unused, undamaged and we could resell them as new.
Suspected faulty goods
If you expect a manufacturing defect and purchased your goods from a website or retail store other than magnumboots.com/UK, please return your purchase to the retailer you made your purchase from where they will inspect the goods for you inline with the Magnum 1 year warranty.
