Order your Magnum boot’s today and if you’re not completely satisfied with the fit and comfort, just return them to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and choose either an exchange or refund. if you decide to return your order under the 30 Day Comfort Guarantee, please contact our Customer Services Team prior to returning the boots.

The original order confirmation must be included with the return and the boots must not be damaged or misused. The refund or footwear exchange will be up to the original price of the footwear as set out on the purchase receipt. Visit to create and print your returns label and ensure you enclose your original dispatch note or cover note quoting your order reference number and reason for return.

The 30 Day Comfort Guarantee has been introduced on a trial basis. Magnum UK has the right to withdraw this offer at any time. Should Magnum UK withdraw this offer, any customers who purchased boots prior to the offer being withdrawn will remain eligible for the guarantee for the first 30 days of their purchase. Please allow up to 28 days once you have returned your parcel for the refund to be credited or your exchange to be processed.

What delivery options are available?

Magnum UK offer free economy delivery to the United Kingdom Mainland, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands. We will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive.

If you wish to pay a delivery charge to receive your order sooner, you can choose from:

STANDARD DELIVERY Free: Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail 2nd Class

FIRST CLASS PREMIUM £3.99: Your order will be our priority and delivery will be within 1-3 working days. Orders must be placed before 2.30pm Monday to Thursday and before 10.30am Friday to guarantee delivery within 1-3 working days of the order date.

For our customers in the Republic of Ireland, we offer standard delivery at a charge of £3.99.

Do Magnum UK ship to BFPO addresses?

Yes, we deliver to BFPO addresses.

Can I ship my order to someone else or to a different address?

Yes, you have the option to ship to your billing address or to a different address.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship orders to anywhere within the United Kingdom Mainland, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands free of charge when you request economy delivery. We can also deliver to the Republic of Ireland for an additional charge of £3.99.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

All shipping will be handled by Royal Mail Delivery. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a calling card with further instructions.

Can I change the shipping address once my order has been submitted?

We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Therefore after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process, and you may not be able to change the shipping address.

How do I know when my order ships and how can I track it?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to confirm this. Unfortunately you cannot track your order with Royal Mail once it has left us. If you have any questions, please speak to our Customer Services Team who will do their best to assist you.

What types of payment method do you accept?

We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Electron. We also accept PayPal, Google Checkout/Wallet and Amazon Payments. Please note that from time to time we may temporarily remove payment options for reasons beyond our control.

What is your return policy?

We offer a generous 90 day returns policy. Items can be returned to us within 90 days of purchase, free of charge, for a size exchange or full refund as long as the item is in its original, resalable condition.

This means that the product should not be damaged, dirty or marked. Therefore, please try on your new footwear on clean, carpeted surfaces and ensure you are happy with the look and fit before wearing them outside. In addition, please ensure you do not remove the tag or dispose of any of the original packaging until you are certain that you wish to keep the item.

To return your shoes, visit to create and print your returns label. Attach it to the package and send them back to us free of charge. Please ensure you include your original dispatch note or a cover note with your returned items, quoting your order reference number. Please also take the time to complete our Returns Feedback form to advise us why you are returning your item.

What do I do if I suspect there may be a fault with my new boots or shoes?

If you expect a manufacturing defect and you purchased your goods from a website or retail store other than, please return your purchase to the retailer you made your purchase from. If you purchased them directly or have any problems, please contact us.
