    After being blown away by the Spider 8.1 Tac I decided to try the Cardio 4:SYS. After all, we must stay in shape since most of us chase people for a living in some form.

    For starters, the Cardio is a very flexible shoe but has just enough “stiffness” to provide stability when running or jumping rope coupled with a cushioning system that easily absorbs your body weight. If you need a good training, the Cardio 4:SYS will not let you down.
