    I am an EMT in a volunteer fire company as well as a full time student. I had been looking for a while for a great pair of boots and I finally found'em. These are pretty comfortable, I can wear them for those long days with nonstop ambulance runs and they are comfortable enough that I can wear them throughout the school day. With my old boots, I had problems with them not breathing enough. These boots solved that problem. The side zip is also a great advantage to these, so when I respond to calls during the night, I can just slip the boots on and zip them and go.

    The biggest problem, which I have had with all boots, including these, is that they are cut for men. In women's shoes, I wear a 9 wide. In men's, I usually wear a 7 normal width and they just never fit 100% to my feet.

    The other thing I would want in these boots is a safety toe. In the field, we never know what we will have to step into next, so a safety toe would be a great addition!

    All in all, a great product that I would definitely recommend!
